By now we all know of Venus's Irvester Award. And I think we're all pretty damn proud of it. I was hoping somebody would nominate me and I finally got my wish! Kelley over at One Hot Southern Mess nominated me for this wonderful award!

What is your favorite drinking game and why? 

Beer pong...the "original" drinking game. I know it's not really but whatever. I suck at beer pong but I still get a little kick out of playing. There was the one time that Rockstar by Nickelback was playing and I didn't miss one shot until somebody turned the song off. 

It is your birthday, what is your idea of the perfect evening?
I want to start day drinking as soon as we wake up and lounge by a pool it's February so none of that. We just chill and hang out until dinner where we have a nice dinner followed by an awesome house party or bonfire. 

Money is no object, what is your go to drink of choice at a bar?
Long island ice teas, margaritas, beer, or just shots of patron. I'm not too picky obviously. Gotta throw a Redbull in there some where because I loooove them!

Oh boy. There's so many to choose from. Kenny Chesney, my 20th birthday, my 21rst birthday. The night Blake and I made it "official". I can't choose just one.

Anything by Eric Church. He has good drinking songs. Or Kenny. Or rap. lol. I'm not a picky music person.

Dancing, card games, or just hanging out. I would say swimming but every time I've tried that I've almost drown. It's not a good idea.


In your opinion, which is the number one party school in the country and why?
I don't have an opinion. I don't know anything about schools except they're almost all better because they allow drinking at football games. Not mine. Nope. Let's take a way a college kid's right to drink. Womp womp.
When do you know you have had too much to drink? What are your signals?
My left eye starts to get lazy. I repeat myself a lot. I start to take a lot more pictures. And I basically don't give a damn what mean people think. And I cry.

Side story time...In the elementary school I went to, they always had 100 day. It was always the 100th day of school. The teachers always made us do something to commemorate the 100th day of school. Some kids glued 100 buttons to poster board, others did marshmallows, well, my daddy and I glued 100 different pictures of Leo to my poster board. Yep. And he never even stuttered a word about how a third grader shouldn't do that. He supported it! 

Just like this, but way cooler. 

Anyway...told you side story. Of course today I'm going to accept my awards from the fabulous ladies above!

1. I'm a south paw. Yeah, a leftie. And I love it.

2. I cry over almost any movie. Animal ones are the worst. 

3. I hate change. I just changed my lock screen for the first time in 2 years today. 

4. I've never been to the beach. We're trying to change that this summer.

1. What's your favorite flavor of ice cream?

I don't really like ice cream. I know...I know. But when a craving hits about once a year, it's chocolate. Any kind but brownie batter is amazeballs.

Bradley Cooper hands down. Channing is nice to look at but his head is weird shaped.

4. If we were stranded on an island, what are three things that we'd most definitely need?

Seriously, this isn't fair. Ummm

- toilet paper, yes

- some non ending booze of course

- a camera that would never die because someday somebody would find out we were stranded and they would want to see what we did. Maybe.

5. What's one tip you could give about blogging?

Have fun. Seriously. Don't take it so seriously. That's when you make the best friends.

A beach and as many concerts as I can afford.

Hello lovelies! I hope you all had a fantabulous weekend and did lots of exciting things! I know I sure as hell didn't. I worked. Like always! But, before work I got an email from Tiff over at Life With The Little Man saying that she had nominated myself for an award! Isn't that just the best! She's super sweet =)

11 Things About Me

 OK, this is going to be really hard because I think I just had a post with things about me. Let's see what I can come up with now.

- I have 4 tattoos with plans on getting at least 1 more

- I have my lip and tongue pierced. I used to have my bellybutton done but from the first day to the next year                   it seemed to be infected. So I took it out. 

- I love animals. Love love love. I would own them all if I could.

- I love babies too. They're so super sweet and cuddly and when they make a drug that makes them stay babies I will have more. Until then my uterus is closed for business.

- If I go to long without drinking some water I get really cranky and my body acts weird. Weird right?

- Snuggling into a made bed is one of my favorite things ever. Unfortunately for me, my bed is hidden underneath all kinda shiz right now. 

- My bedroom can be messy but small places such as under the bed, the glove compartment in my car....and such have to be clean.

- My nails and hair grow super super fast. I hate it. It's a lot of upkeep and money for my hair.

- I support Taco Bell. I mean, I'm the reason the one in my hometown is open. 

- Procrastination is my best friend. 

- I love blankets. I have way too many and can't seem to throw any away.

- This list was hard. Blah.

1. Where are you from? Born and raised in southwest Missouri!

2. What is your favorite holiday? Oh my...well...my birthday is Valentines Day...So my birthday or Christmas.

3. Do you have any kiddos? Yeppers...a princess in her own right

4.Why did you start blogging? My teacher made me for my English 102 class. If you go back to the beginning you can read all my ridiculous-ness.

5. If you could only eat one thing for a week straight, what would it be? Pasta! 

6. What's your favorite movie? Well...I can't pick just one. We have Titanic, Empire Records, Lion King, and Fast and the Furious. 

7. If you were stranded on an island with a celebrity...who would it be? I have two choices...Marilyn Monroe if we can use people who have passed and Luke Bryan. Mmmhmmm. I can tell ya what would be going on there.

8. What is your dream job? What do you really do? Goodness, I did a post on my dream job...and said I wanted to be a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader, but maybe besides that I'd be an event or wedding planner. I'm not real sure. Right now I'm a host at Olive Garden.

Happy Monday y'all! hahaha. Isn't that funny? Being all excited about a Monday. It's just a joke!

So I watched the Opening Ceremony for the Olympics on Friday night. I don't get it. I'm not trying to not be a good citizen and what not...I just don't get the hype of the Olympics. I mean I do admire all the work that those crazy mother fuckers go through, but why are sports so great? You don't see a worldwide competition for blog writers or wedding planners. That shit would be great though! lol.

On Friday I also got nominated for my very first blog award!! I'm super excited. =) It means that somebody out there thinks my blog is worth something. And that somebody is Tiffanie from Life With The Little Man. She thanks my shit don't stankkkk. hahahaha. Just kidding she never said that. I like to have imaginary conversations with people sometimes. It is what it is ok. Anyway...she nominated me for the Liebster Award.

Don't know what this is?  Liebster means "dearest, beloved, or favorite" in German. This award is awarded from one blogger to another as a way to give a shout-out to up and coming blogs of 200 or fewer followers. (That's me!!)

I didn't read the rules first and I was really wondering if I could tag Tiffanie. I was one of those people that skimmed or didn't read instructions or listen....and I still kinda am. Everybody had bad habits. So without me rambling on here we go!

11 Fun Things About Me!

- My birthday is on Valentine's Day. And it fucking sucks. Nobody to blame but me though. Wonderful!

- I'm a year behind the rest of the people I started college with. What can I say, college and I aren't soul mates. But I go dammit.

- I adore cupcakes and bows. My daughter found a comforter with bows all over it at Target and I'm buying it as a "yay, I got a job present!"

- I'm not modest by any means. But I am more so than when I was younger. I think it's because I've gotten fluffy in my older years.

- I sleep with a hoodie that I've had for 15 *gasp* years. It's all tattered and torn but I really really love it. =)

- I've become girlier as I've gotten older. I used to care less about hair, makeup, dresses, heels, and that kinda stuff. Now, I'm kinda digging it. I'm all about hair product to keep these crazy curls in control. Any ideas?

- I've seen every episode of iCarly and Victorious thanks to my wonderful daughter.

- I love to buy greeting cards. I think it's fun to find a card that fits a relationship or moment perfectly. Making people cry from mushy cards is awesome. lol.

- Boyfriend and I bonded over a shot of Jager. And almost three years later here we are!

- I have 2 piercings and 4 tattoos. I plan on getting more tats but I'm not sure about piercings. I have my lip and tongue done. My tats are a star pattern on my wrist I got with my aunt, my daughter's name on my foot, a clover in between my shoulder blades, and a fairy my best friend drew on my right shoulder. I want to get the word believe on my other wrist and Auntie and I plan on adding to our stars!

1.Why did you start blogging?
 It was an assignment for my English class. I'm really happy I took that class.

2. Pop or Coke...or just soda?
I say pop or soda. Coke is a type of pop or soda.

3. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I want to have settled into a job that I consider my career. Living with Teagan and Boyfriend some place. Not sure I want to buy a home that soon though. I've lived in 2 places my whole life. I don't want to be tied down. And maybe being newly engaged or a very very recent newlywed!

4. What state are you from? Do you like living there?
I'm from the good ole' Midwest. More specifically Missouri. I don't know any better than here so yeah I like living here. The humidity sucks though. I def want to visit a lot of other states though. Ecspecially the south!

5. Favorite song your diggin' right now?
Hmmm...I don't have a radio in my car so this is hard. I'm really into Fun's "We are Young". But more than that I love me some Weezy F. Baby and Luke Bryan. lol. Drunk on you is rocking in my car from my phone.

6. What was your favorite vacation?
My vacations always involve going to spend time with my auntie. I don't think I have a favorite because there aren't very many that don't involve her! When we went to Dallas to see Kenny Chesney was pretty fun. But going with my mama places is fun too! We went to Dallas once too and it was a fun trip!

7. Are you a crafty person?
Hell no! I want to be but I'm not.

8. What type of things do you blog about?
Errything! You know like my family, my crazy friends, Flow, movies. This blog is just about me and what I consider to be good stuff!

I do actually! I started a fb page for it. It's not really developed but you can go like it if ya want. And I have my personal pinterest. I love it! Be sure to follow me because I pin A LOT.

I love to read the book. It's always so much better. Always.
