Exciting News and A Giveaway!

Here lately, life has been kinda blah. Like seriously. It's been snowy/icy since last Thursday. Boo.

See what I mean. It's this way all across Missouri.

This is Jefferson City (the capitol) And that building way in the back is the capitol building. I've been there once. It was a few years ago. We were on our way to Columbia for a concert (de javu?) and we stopped. We participated in bathroom pictures of course. Who wouldn't want to take duckfaced bathroom pictures in the capitol building of their state?? 

So yeah, it's been a bore to be here. I've had extra good company though...you know my computer and my phone. Lawd thank you for the internet. Well, today as I was buying more concert tickets, I checked in to my blog and what to my wondering eyes did I see...well this!

100 followers! You guys are awesome. Seriously I'm so happy right now. I love all of you and thank you for helping this blog grow. I appreciate all your comments more than any of you know. And all my bloggy friends I've made, well, they are amazing too. It's such a surreal thing to have people from far and wide become really good friends. It's just so amazing. Thank y'all so much! 

I've decided that I'm going to do my first giveaway. It's going to be pretty simple, because well, that's how I like things. I'm going to be giving away a couple of my favorite things. This list was hard to come up with because my favorite things all have to do with tv/music. I'm a bum. I know

I love me some caramel apple spice from starbucks. I don't know how I'm gonna get redbull into a package, but I'll figure it out. See, I love glitter/sparkly/shiny things, and I think I have an idea of what it will be. Consider it a surprise, and I promise, it won't be a container of glitter! Last, but certainly not least, Blistex Raspberry Lemonade Blast. This is my jam. I really love this stuff. Soooo much. And who knows, I could end up throwing extra stuff in this box!

I don't know what life would be like. She has been an outstanding person

in my life and I couldn't have gotten this far without her. She has done so much for me and mini me and for that I'm eternally grateful. More than she'll ever know.

I'm thankful for my grandparents on my momma's side. My G-ma Rose has been a very inspirational woman.

She has done a lot for me, mini me, and my momma. She's the nicest person that I know. Again, I'm eternally grateful to her too. 

{Day Eleven} Sunday November 11 

How about something not as serious...but I'm thankful for my damn iPhone. Yes, maybe that's first world problems again but it's the damn truth. I love that thing. 

{Day Twelve} Monday November 12

As much as I bitch and moan about it...I'm thankful that I'm lucky enough to have a job. There are a lot of people in this world who would love to have a job and I take mine for granted most of the time. I'm thankful that I can support myself and mini me with this job. 

{Day Thirteen} Tuesday November 13 

I'm thankful for boyfriend's family. They took myself and mini me in without any hesitations. They treat us like one of their own and have never once complained. They may get on my nerves but they love us and I'm glad. lol. 

{Day Fourteen} Wednesday November 14

I'm thankful for my friends. Friends are the family that we choose and I believe that I chose some pretty awesome ones. So many memories and good time. I wouldn't change a thing.

Stuff and Things

Ready for the most random blog post ever?  I really wanted to post but didn't have one thing to post about. I have quite a few!

1.) I want to say thank you to all my loyal readers! I had 10 followers for quite awhile and I loved that I had that many. It made me smile soooo much knowing that you wonderful ladies took time out of your day to read what I had to say. It also made me happy that somebody wanted to read my damn blog. Honestly, I don't know what it's even about yet so thanks for hanging on and enjoying the ride. In the last 2 days though, I have gained 4 new followers! That also makes me really happy. So again, THANK YOU to all my awesome followers out there. You make me want to post everyday :) Oh, yeah....and one of my readers isn't a lady. Sorry dad. lol.

2.) My car is kind of a hoopty. I'm not even gonna lie. It's a red Chevy Cobalt that I love to death for some reason. It wasn't taken care of by any means by the person who had it before me. That makes my heart hurt for it. All cars should be cared for because we rely on them soooo much. Anyway.....I bought this car not knowing about all the problems the poor baby had. Sometimes, I want to beat up the guy who sold it to me. It is a beautiful car but it has so many little problems that it's a pos. Today I took it to have one of the many things wrong with it fixed. And it took FOREVER. I have no patience what-so-ever. None. I hate being stranded without a car. And I don't like to ask people for help. You can imagine what a nuisance it is for my car to go to the shop. Well I finally got the call that it was done after I moped around my house because it took two hours longer than I wanted it to. And you know what?!? The idiot who had worked on it before this person had forgot to put a really important piece back on. Seriously? A mechanic is like a Dr in my eyes. And a Dr. sure as hell doesn't leave an important part out. He makes sure to go back and look at what he's done to make sure it's all there. Well, not this Dr. I knew better than to take my car back to him anyway because he had done other things to fuck it up last time he worked on it. I just think that he was trying to scam me! And that pisses me off to no end. Just because I have a vagina between my legs doesn't mean that I can't defend myself. So Mr. Car Dr. better be watching out. Hahahaha. Just kidding (kinda). All I want is to get this beautiful car fixed so that we can enjoy each other for the next couple of years.
Sorry for the rant...like I said....I love my car and believe that we should love them. And I honestly believe that my car is a transformer just so you know. ;)

3.) If you know anything about Pinterest, you know that a lot of outfits pinned are from Polyvore. I don't get polyvore. Do you? Can somebody please explain to me how to get creative in putting together pictures of outfits that are too expensive for me to ever think about owning? lol. Seriously.
