I'm Blogging?

Wow. It's been two years.

Everything changes in two years. Everything.

I've kept up with a couple of people, silently. But I have!

In two years I have

...gotten married

...moved in with my husband

...still work at the garden

...become a makeup enthusiast

...adopted another cat

...fallen in love with Eureka Springs, AR with a few trips there

...who knows what else.

Pictures of life lately

Ok I lied, they're mostly pictures of my wedding. But oh well! A couple were of makeup too. Oh and the cat we got. Her name's Malley.
I don't have much else to add right now.

Maybe I'll see you later.

Here or There

Here I am. I haven't been here in six months. I've thought about this place for six months though. Day in and day out.

Life has been crazy. Wedding planning is interesting. It has it's ups and it's downs. If there was ever a time in which I wished I was a millionaire, it would be while planning a wedding. And not even because I want expensive stuff or a crazy expensive wedding. Just because everything costs sooooo damn much. I just want something nice and glamorous. Do you know how hard it is to find glamorous stuff for not a million dollars? Ok, it's not too hard but still. Why does the wedding industry have to make everything cost so much??

Anyway, enough about me blabbering about the price of a wedding. Let's get back to the dirt. Blogging. I don't know where my place is here. I've fallen out of lust with a lot of blogs I used to love. Lifestyle blogging doesn't just have it's appeal like it used to. I want to blog with purpose. I want it to have meaning.

I don't just wanna say "this is what I did today and this weekend." all the time. I mean, it's fine sometimes, but it's not really for me anymore. I got bored with it. I look at the blogs I like, and they encourage people to find themselves. To help themselves. To grow further in a journey in their life. I hope some day I'll get there. But first I need to blog more.

I've thought of just shutting this one down, and starting from scratch. But I really love the name of this babe. All That Good Stuff, it encompasses the good of everything in my life. Sometimes the bad too. But that makes the good even better.

As I grow in my life, my blog will find it's place. At least I hope it will.

xoxo

Evolving

Do I get the award for most sporadic blog posting? I feel like I should.

I just seem to be actually living my life lately. I think about being here, but the moments have been more important than the internet. I'm really trying to find myself in terms of this blog. I don't know where I want it to go. I've been interested in a different kind of blog than I'd normally find myself reading.

I guess as I grow and develop I want this blog to grow and develop too. I feel like I need to find out who I am and what I should write about. I'll always be a lifestyle blog, but now it feels like the lifestyle I'm used to writing about is changing into a different kind. I don't feel that any of this is bad, I just don't know what to write.

Changes are always scary for me. I like everything to be the same as it was the day, week, month before it was. And sometimes it gets boring and monotonous, but then it isn't. When I do make a change with something I worry about if it's the right choice.

The topics that once seemed important to me, now aren't that much of a care. But the topics I feel are important just seem to personal to share. I never know how much is too much when it comes to telling the interwebs.

Life, it's a crazy thing.

Have you ever felt that your moments were moments that shouldn't be shared?

Here I Am...

And I thought I would come say hi.

I've been every where but here for a while now. I just don't know why.

Blogging still feels important in my heart, but I wonder if it's even worth it anymore.

I think about it all day and wish I was doing it. I could make time, but I don't feel like it.

I just don't get why I'm having mixed feelings about it. So, I won't be writing as regularly as I had been. Whenever that was.

Just when it absolutely feels right.

Who knows. That could be tomorrow.

What's Happenin' What's up

Ahhh the good ol' blog. I missed it yesterday. I had intended to link up with Helene and Taylor but I had somewhat of a shitty morning and couldn't get to the computer. All is well now though.

I wore my blog so hard shirt to work yesterday. And I finally told people that I had a blog. Some looked at me funny, others were like whatever about it, but dammit, I'm proud and this space is mine.

I like that I can write whatever I choose whenever I choose. The best kind of writing is when I have nothing to say and the words just flow out of my fingers. I think that they move faster than my brain can process what I'm thinking at times.

It's funny how writing has always been a release for me. I used to write "poetry" when I was younger. I can't believe I wrote some of the shit I did, but I've been told it was good. Now I write for all to read. It's such a scary thought that anybody can read this whenever they want. But I wouldn't change a thing. I mean, I've finally had a person steal my pictures to use as their own. It's a funny story actually.

I was checking my stats and saw that babycenter.com was a referring url. I thought what in the fuck would bring people from babycenter to my blog? I don't talk about babies or my own kid that often. That's odd. So ya know, I had to do some snooping.

This 15 year old girl was trolling a forum I guess and people wanted to see a picture of her with her aunt. So she typed something into google and came up with this image.

However, that's not my aunt, that's my mom. This was before the Luke Bryan concert in February. I posted a pic with my Aunt too. She grabbed the wrong one. Oops. I tried to message her and tell her that she should be careful with what she chooses to use off the internet. She not so politely told me that I wasn't really that girl and I need to shut the fuck up. lololol.

I know that people can take whatever they want off of my blog, or out of google images and it doesn't really bother me, unless they're pretending to be me a lot more than this girl was. It just made for a good story.

I'm gonna nap now. I watched the season finale of Sons last night and I couldn't sleep afterward. Seriously though...if you watched it, how heartbreaking was that??!!?? I want to discuss it with people but I don't want to ruin it for those who haven't watched. E-mail me with your thoughts!

Peace out girl scouts.

These are My Day Savers

So yesterday I tried to post a really whiny post on how much my blog sucks right now. My internet decided not to work as I tried to hit publish. That's probably a good thing. Because I read it again tonight, and jeez I sounded like an asshole. But that's neither here nor there.

All I want to say is that I don't enjoy this space as much as I used to. And that makes me feel all the sads. I still get excited about it, but at the same time, I'm not receiving much feedback. I have my besties who always comment and I love them so much for it, but I would like to hear from other people too. Lezbehonest, everybody wants to open their email and see some new comments from people. And if you say you don't, I'm judging you and probably giving you some dirty look. When the comments stop coming, the blog starts lacking. I know that's also my issue though. I don't really have any great material right now. I just can't think of anything original or "good enough." I know I'm my harshest critic but I feel that if I don't think something on my blog is great, than you probably don't either. That needs to change like yesterday. So throw me a bone...help me find my way back here. I want to be here.

Now that I've got that out of the way, I feel better.

I had a shitty night at work last night. I don't wanna talk about it but it made me think, there are things in life that were created for servers who have a shitty night at work. And it's my job to tell you about them. So here we go.

1. Booze
Seriously after you've been yelled at, put up with annoying children, put up with elderly people who just don't understand how things work, and shitty tips...you can always rely on the bottle to pick you back up. You've seen Waiting right? Servers really do go out to the bar to drink off a long day.

2. Shoe insoles
We stand up. Allllll day. And we continuously walk around. A good pair of insoles can make even the worst days better. But those bitches wear out way to fast. Seriously after 4 weeks I need new ones. And I'm too cheap for new ones. So if you want to send me some I'll love you forever.

3. DVRS
I know, you think they were made for you. Nope, no way, wrong. They're made for people who work nights and don't get to watch good TV until after it's been on for everybody else to see. After a long, maybe kinda shitty day at work, I get so excited when I come home and realize all my favorite shows were on and I can watch them without commercials! Hahaha suckers, no commercials for this girl.

4. A Sense of Humor
Because after a long day at work, when you're out boozing it up with other servers, you gotta laugh at that one idiot server who just sucks. Or the asshole customers and the evil shit you might have done to them. Or the fact that you're getting made fun of and you need a quick comeback.

5. Beds
Obviously. After a long night sometimes all you want to do is curl up in a ball and taste your own salty tears while Netflixing your life away. Not that I'd know or anything. There's nothing that your favorite blanket and big pillows can't cure. If you don't love your bed that much, there's something wrong.

I just love this song. And it makes me happy. Which I need after a long day at work!

Give Me A Little Inspiration

Here recently, meaning all summer long, I've had nothing to blog about. I've racked my brain and sent countless texts to Jordan telling her how I have nothing. No new fresh ideas, no exciting pictures, not even a little "about me" post for all my new cupcakes. Which, I promise to do...someday.

Just basically I have no blogging inspiration.

She's told me that I just need to go with the flow, I'm over thinking it, and sometimes I'm too hard on myself. And I have to agree, I need to realize all of those things.

So when two powerhouses team up for a link up about inspiration for blogging, what the hell do I even write about? I don't know how Sarah and Helene do it everyday. But they always have something. So major props ladies.

It seems to me that my material is a bit stale sometimes. And I get all depressed-crybaby mode on everyone around me. It's just that I really want to post for you guys and someday maybe be a powerhouse! But without post inspiration, that's not gonna happen.

I've noticed some of my posts that people love the most are about my job, because people love when you tell them fucked up stories of assholes who come in to restaurants. Others are about my dogs. It's still weird putting an s at the end of the word dog. I never thought I'd have more than one at a time.

And now here's the funny part, now that I've started typing something, I can just go with it and it works. Maybe I am trying too hard. Maybe next time I think I don't have a post I'll just open a fresh blank blogger document and go.

I don't ever want to give up this space. That's for sure. The thought has crossed my mind just because I don't seem to have as much to write about now. But then I get all sad panda and think of the amazing friends I would miss out on. I mean, blogging is more than blogging. It's talking to all my friends that I've never met, but someday I sure as hell will, be prepared. It's seeing how these lovely ladie's lives are going and gushing over the shit we can't stand, pets, or the shit that we want and love with each other.

And that's where my inspiration lies. With each and every person who comes and comments on this little space. With each and every blog that I just adore. Even the blogs I don't comment on as regularly as I should.

True Life...I'm a Blogger.

I've always wanted to be on True Life on MTV. ALWAYS. That or Made. But I don't ever see a topic that I would fit in. I'm crazy, but not that crazy. So today...today I get to be on my own True Life episode. I'm living the dream.

1. I want shit that I won't ever use because everybody else has one. Example? Well how about the fancy polar tf4 heart rate monitor. Sami, Shannon, and Jordan all have one and I want one too mom!! Except I don't even work out so what good would that fancy watch do me?? Nothing. The second part of this is that I want stuff I will use too. Stephanie and Sarah got me hooked on this bag from Forever 21. I don't have the cash right now but you best believe that when I do it will be mine!

2. I take pictures of my food and most of the time put them on Instagram. As embarrassing and silly as it is, I still do it. People stare so I just don't look up. Maybe I want to remember this amazing omelet for the rest of my life ok. Jeez people. All my blog friends need to know about everything I eat so when they come visit me they can decide what restaurant they want to go to based off of my pictures. People are more apt to order things when they see pictures, I'm just trying to help my friends out. If bloggers didn't take pictures of their food how would I ever know about Chipotle, which, I'm getting real soon? Or how about truffle fries? Even though I don't think any place around here carries truffle oil but still...One day truffle fries will be tried and I will love every blogger who has taken a picture of their food.

3. I spend way too much time on my phone but it's all for blogging and networking. And I have FOMO. So yeah, I constantly check my twitter, email, instagram, and blog aps to see what's going on. Other bloggers get it. People, not so much. I try and not obsessively look at stuff, but I'm not gonna lie, it doesn't always go over very well. But I'm getting better!

4. I drink. I think that's a requirement to be a blogger right? No? Ok, well then, a lot of us just like to do it. And we enjoy it. Not that's any different from the rest of the world but our drink/drank/drunk shenanigans go on the interwebs for everybody to see. You can't shame us. Not about drinking anyway.

5. I like lists. Love them is more exact. They're easier to read and they take a lot less time that actually typing up a normal post. List posts beat regular posts and regular posts beat not posting. But no, all hail to that list. Tell me how many lists you see today while reading your blogs. And I'll prove that I'm right.

That's all I've got time for today. Maybe there will be another episode of True Life in my future. I can only hope so.

I'm Smiling

I'm smiling today.

I'm smiling because

- It's my one day off this week
- I start server training tomorrow!!!!!!
- Cortney nominated me for a Liebster Award.
- Meg nominated me for a Liebster Award.
- Apparently I'm doing something right here because people like me.
- I get to see Great Gatsby today. Everbody in my family knows how much I love the 20's.
Parties, the clothes, the sparkles, ahhhh. And how much I love Leo.

Side story time...In the elementary school I went to, they always had 100 day. It was always the 100th day of school. The teachers always made us do something to commemorate the 100th day of school. Some kids glued 100 buttons to poster board, others did marshmallows, well, my daddy and I glued 100 different pictures of Leo to my poster board. Yep. And he never even stuttered a word about how a third grader shouldn't do that. He supported it!

Just like this, but way cooler.

Anyway...told you side story. Of course today I'm going to accept my awards from the fabulous ladies above!

I know this is long. But there are some funny facts about me. Just saying.

The Way It Works

Acknowledge the blog that nominated you
Tell 11 facts about yourself
Answer the 11 questions the nominating blogger created
List 11 bloggers with less than 200 followers that you believe deserve some recognition
Post 11 questions for them to answer
Notify them that they've been nominated
You can't nominate the blog that nominated you

(I just copy and pasted that from Cortney. I'm lazy like that)

Even though I was nominated twice I'm only listing 11 facts. I have to save something interesting for you guys when my mind goes blank!

1. I'm a south paw. Yeah, a leftie. And I love it.
2. I cry over almost any movie. Animal ones are the worst.
3. I hate change. I just changed my lock screen for the first time in 2 years today.
4. I've never been to the beach. We're trying to change that this summer.
5. I've said this before but new cupcakes are reading now, so...
I love boobs. True story.
6. I'm not modest when it comes to nudity. Not at all.
7. I have 17 tabs up right now. And all of them are for blogs. Except for the blogger one.
8. I love to dance. Whether it was dance team, in the club, or just being silly I love it.
9. TV is my hobby. I love it. But I don't watch most of the shows all the other bloggers watch. I've never seen an episdoe of RH of anywhere, or the Bachelor/ette.
10. I have 5 tattoos and two piercings.

Questions from Cortney

1. What's your favorite flavor of ice cream?
I don't really like ice cream. I know...I know. But when a craving hits about once a year, it's chocolate. Any kind but brownie batter is amazeballs.

2. Channing Tatum or Bradley Cooper?
Bradley Cooper hands down. Channing is nice to look at but his head is weird shaped.

3. Your all time FAVORITE quote?
Something along the lines of "Sex is nature, I go along with nature." - Marilyn Monroe

4. If we were stranded on an island, what are three things that we'd most definitely need?
Seriously, this isn't fair. Ummm
- toilet paper, yes
- some non ending booze of course
- a camera that would never die because someday somebody would find out we were stranded and they would want to see what we did. Maybe.

5. What's one tip you could give about blogging?
Have fun. Seriously. Don't take it so seriously. That's when you make the best friends.

6. What's on your summer bucket list?
A beach and as many concerts as I can afford.

7. Do you have any funny/strange/gross/amazing hidden talents?
I consistently pop my right ankle. It's not a talent but it grosses people out.

8. What's your biggest fear?
Failing. Hands down.

9. Besides mine (wink), who's blog do you read the moment you wake up?

10. What's your biggest pet peeve?
So do I have to choose one, it's hard. I guess noises in general but more specific would be idiots talking with food in their mouths or chewing with their mouths open. Fucking nasty.

11. I'm throwing a party. What are you bringing?
Well myself of course! But a bottle of patron silver. Yep.
And some champagne. I'm on a champagne kick right now.

Questions from Meg

1.) Who is your role model?
I have three. I can't pick and you can't make me! lol. My momma, auntie, and gma sharon.
I could write why but you'd be here for the next year, or you'd leave and never come back.

2.) Whats your favorite book?
The Notebook

3.) What would your super hero name be?
Super Bitch - terrible, maybe but i can be really bitchy and piss people off with it very well.

4.) Which real housewives franchise would you want to be on?
Yeah, umm I've never watched any RH. True story.

5.) What is your favorite place on earth?
The kitchen. No seriously though, I don't really know. Anywhere can be my favorite as long as I have my hoodie.

6.) If you could be anything what would it be?
A wedding planner. I think it sounds amazing. I love weddings and fairytales.

7.) Whats one food you can eat for the rest of your life?
Tortillas. Pasta. Bread.

8.) Whats one strange thing about you?
Ummm....I don't know. I think I'm a strange person all around.

9.) What scares you?
Like inanimate things or real things?
Real - frogs, the news, children between the ages of 9-17.
Inanimate - failure, disappointing people, murder.

10.) Whats your favorite Crayola color?
I hate picking a favorite color. I ate a macaroni and cheese crayola once when I was little to see if tasted like mac and cheese...it didn't. Pink, grey, black,....who knows.

11.) Whats one thing you have learned from blogging?
The best way to make friends is to comment. Comment your life away.

People Suck

I always have the highest page views on days I don't blog. Guys, this is a bad thing! How come more people don't come visit when I actually post something? Huh, huh, Why?? Who knows. I'm beginning to think I suck at this blog thing. So many things I want to do but so much I don't. Woof. Sad face. Womp womp. Alright, enough pity party for me.

Things are going pretty good right now. I found out that my manager wants to hire two more hosts and then cross train me to serve!! I'm super pumped about that. That's all I've wanted to do since I started at the good ol' OG (Olive Garden if you're new here). Catch is, they actually have to be good hosts. The last few we've hired have been terrible. Terrible at the easiest job in the world. I know, I shouldn't judge, but damn, it's not as hard as these people make it out to be. It's a mentally challenging job. That's for sure.

My madre and Blake both got new jobs too! I'm super happy for them. They both need it.

But I have one shitty thing running through my mind right now. See, I don't have drama. And I know people that say that normally do, but seriously, I don't. I don't do anything or hangout with people so...no drama for this lady. But right now, I kinda do. A seriously shady girl that I know, messaged me the other night and asked if there was any beef between us because she seriously needs a job. Another "friend" of mine told her we were hiring and she wanted to make sure it was cool if we worked together. Bitch, listen here, if you have to ask somebody if it's ok to work with them, then it's probably not a good idea. Right? And how dare her put it on me that she's "desperate" for a job. You're a grown ass woman. If you need a job that bad I don't think that a person should be in the way of stopping you. I won't go into why this girl and I don't really get a long because it's not really about me. But she hurt a lot of people around me in really fucked up ways. There are only two people in this entire world that I would freak out about. And she is one of them. But I was an adult and said "yeah, it's fine" thinking you know, it wasn't the nicest sounding message so maybe she won't do it. Lo and behold, bitch had an interview and was there when I got to work today. I freaked out - full panic attack style kids. It's bad. Luckily, I held it together enough that none of the managers or other employees saw my freak out. But it sure felt like it was way out there. I finally broke down and told a manager that I don't care if they hire her, but I would prefer not to be in the same training class and around her. I had to. I was trying so hard to not be drama and not say anything. But I need to be comfortable at work. It's my job too. She has another interview to go through so maybe she won't get hired, but I had to say something now. I know this all sounds like rambling mumbo jumbo but I feel better getting it out there.

And for the "friend" who knows that the girl and I aren't really besties, well, I no longer consider her a friend. I don't know how a friend does that to somebody else. She knows what went down with this girl and the people she fucked over. And she knows she's not really a person that I like to be around. "Friend" is supposed to be really good friends with Blake and by doing this, we both learned that she's not who we thought she was.

And that's my rant for today. I know that I haven't been doing the blog every day in May thing but this fits perfectly right now. Have a good day cupcakes! Love your faces.

Friday Favs!

Happy Friday! I hope y'all have wonderful weekends and all that good stuff. I know that I plan on relaxing and working. And that's it!

I talked a little yesterday about how I was feeling lost. Not really sad, just lost. Well, I felt a lot better after I blogged. I guess that's just what my life was missing. I still feel a little weird but blogging brought back some of my happiness. So thank you all so much for being here to read some of my thoughts.

Today I want to do Friday Favs. I don't know if there's a link up somewhere for this kinda thing so if there is, let me know pleassse.

1. Baby Lips - Peach Kiss

I wasn't interested in getting one of these. However, I was sent one in a swap and of course I had to use it. Now I LOVE it. And the peach is my fav because of the color. I'm trying to find a good nude color and so far I like this one.

2. Rose Gold Eyeshadow

I adore this shade right now. I've bought 10 eyeshadows in the past week just trying to find the perfect shade. Yes, 10. I have a problem. I can't help it. Ok, maybe I can but I don't wanna. When I pick an eyeshadow color I cling on to it for as long as I can. And then I find a new one. Last time it was a silver/black/grey smoky eye. Now I have no urge for that and I have a billion of those shades.

3. Puppies

I'm currently on a puppy high from last weekend. Yes, I did do something last weekend and I will tell you all about it next week since I failed and didn't say anything this week. Look at those nuggets. How can you not love them? My dad is fostering them and their 6 brothers/sisters and momma.

4. Song Pop

Seriously, have you played this?? If not, you should. It's fun and brings out my super competitive side. You select the category of songs you want and you can always buy more categories (and unlike other apps/games you don't have to use your real hard earned money!). They have anything from pop to workout to 1920's-50's pop. ANYTHING. My username is clovermarie. If you want my e-mail instead, just comment and I'll let you get it. Come play with me!

5. Thunder Storms

*not my picture*

We've had some rain here lately. And by some I mean a lot. I don't like just rain. I feel that if it's gonna rain it needs to thunder and lightning and down pour. True story. And today it is. Happiness. I almost prefer grey skies over the sun some days.

And since it's Friday, and I am blogging, I have to link up with Fabulous Ms. Yoga Pants

This week I'm feeling like some Luke Bryan is in store. I picked Crash my Party because it's up with Drunk on You for my favorite song of his. I just love it!

Happy Weekend Cupcakes!

Funk

I'm in a blog funk guys. I have so much to write about but at the same time I don't want to write anything. My other social media sites are suffering too. I don't know why but blogging isn't fun right now. It feels like a chore/task and I don't want it to be that way. It makes me really sad to feel this way. I love my readers (if there are any, because lately we've not seen many people) sooo much and I don't want to let you guys down by not being here. But at the same time, I don't want you guys to read my "I couldn't think of anything else blah" half-assed posts. I also haven't been commenting or reading that much either. =(

So, if I'm not around for awhile, or I only post a couple times a week, I'm sorry. I've got some soul searching to do.

I can't find a niche for my  blog and it makes me sad. =( I need something that is me to draw people in and I don't have it. And that's what really seems to be my problem. At least in my head.

I do know that I won't be here tomorrow. Trixie has already told me that she is guest blogging whether or not I want her to and I need to back up. So look forward to that! And Thursday won't be empty either.I'll be here with a goals post. Although, I can't think of any goals as of today.

I think it's more than a blogging funk. It's a life funk. See, my birthday is coming up. Yep, it's my birthday month and every February I start to feel down. I start to feel like I'm getting older and my life isn't what I had planned on it being like. At times, I feel like a loser.

This is really just a shitty feeling down post. Sorry if you read it all. Blah.

Busy Much?

Happy Monday lovies!!! Yep, I'm happy it's Monday. Because I'm off with absolutely zero responsiblities today. But I'm gonna be responsible and do stuff anyway.

Just a warning...this is probably going to be a novel length post. Sorry. Big hugs if you make it through the whole thing. =)

My weekend actually started last Thursday. I told you guys that I was going to Oklahoma City to celebrate my aunt's last dose of chemo. Early that morning boyfriend, Teag, and I all hopped in the car and headed there. 4 hours later and we get there. My aunt gives horrible directions just so you know. I already knew how to get there, I just didn't know how to get to her chemo center. But I figured it out. After chemo was over we drove over to this amazing steakhouse called SaltGrass. It was amazeballs! Expensive but delicious.

These are all the fabulous people who came out to celebrate my aunt. My aunt is the one with the beanie on, my grandma is in the white shirt next to me, and auntie's husband is behind me in the red jersey. All that love for one person!

This was my lunch. Steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes. OMG that steak, it was delicious. Juicy, tender, and was perfectly seasoned. I can't wait to go back there.

The hunnie and myself.

My uncle got this for me! lol I had to send this picture of myself to him. I think it might actually be a headband. And I might just wear it.

The beautiful princess herself.

Unfortuantely, my slightly slow ass didn't ask off for Friday, so we had to hop back in the car and drive another 4 hours home. And I did all the driving. YAWN. Boyfriend and I were tired so we chatted a lot and told stories of things we did when we were kids. I felt so connected on the ride home. Love it.

Friday I was a double at work. Nothing exciting except some bitches I work with threw me under the bus to our manager. They never even came to me with their "problems" just went straight to him. And their problems are such bullshit too. Ugh. Don't want to think about it. I'll just get mad. I ended the night with the worst headache I've had in a long time. I couldn't open my left eye because it hurt so bad. I didn't want to drive home from work that night. I always want to leave that place and I hung out until I felt a little better.

Saturday morning I got to work and worked the day away. Then it was birthday party time. Boyfriend's best friend's son celebrated his first birthday this week. Ahhh I remember first birthdays! Such an exciting time in life. We all went to Root Zero 3 for dinner. Here's little mister with his smash cake. Wife was there and I had to get a picture of mini with her best friend! It was nice to spend a Saturday with my friends and family.

Sunday was another double! Except I had to buss for my morning shift. Oh my fucking gahhhh...that is some tough shit. I have much more respect for our bussers now. I know that my ass doesn't want to do it. I lost like 5 pounds from sweat. My clothes were so icky and I felt disgusting. I worked hard. HARD.

I'm the worst blog mama ever. My blogiversary was on the 19! We're officially a year old. I can't believe I've made it a year. So crazy. I've gone from 0 people to 87 of you wonderful readers. I'll recap my favorite posts later this week. Thank you all for sticking with me. I love sharing my life with you!

I'm watching teen mom right now, these bitches are crazy. I mean, let's move in with our boyfriend 2 months after being together. No offense if that's your jam, but these girls already have to much going on. And I don't know why Jenelle tries to live with anybody, she just gets in a fight with them every time. Way to predictable thanks. And Chelsea, wtf spoiled much? Her mom got her a new puppy because of the unfortunate circumstances of poor Frankie. She has a child, she doesn't need two dogs. Leah is just lonely. They're all lonely. I get it. But shit, focus on yourself not boys/girls/dogs/moving/having more babies.

That was a little off subject. I decided today that I'm going to do the 5 for Five linkup today. Maybe that will hold me accountable for the week.

- Get 5 loads of laundry done. That means put away too. Eeek. I love the washing and drying part. Just don't like to put it away. I have mountains of clothes in my room. And I'm tired of it.

- Workout 3 times. I can do this.

- Start Mini's birthday party process! This means I need to finalize my guest count and buy my invitations.

- Cook 2 meals at home. I've reverted back to eating out too much and I hate it. Blahhh.

- Make food for boyfriend and I for Superbowl Sunday before Sunday night. We're having dips, and who knows what else so I need to start sooner rather than later so I don't have to rush around.

Fresh Air

I figured something out today (ok, last night. It's way too early to think deeply. I planned  this bitches! BOOM!). Blogging just isn't as fun as it used to be. I was getting too caught up in all of it.  It being the numbers, readers, popularity, etc. I wasn't totally there but closer than what I want to be.

I wasn't blogging for me.

And I'm disappointed in myself.

Because it's not about a number. It's about writing for what I want to remember. How I felt at this time in my life. And hopefully I continue to write this blog as long as I can for years and years to come. If I get caught up in numbers though, I won't want to.

I know that my "number" (bahahaha...get it) isn't really important. Just because they follow my blog doesn't mean that they read my blog. And that's ok if they want to do. However, I believe that my readers are people who constantly comment and interact with me. And that's what matters. The relationships I make, not the quantity, the quality.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE having many many relationships, duh. Other wise I wouldn't be blogging of course!!! But I want them to be awesome relationships.

Basically what I learned is that it's not about the number! =))) It's about me and what I like. And people will like it or they won't.

I'm hoping they do though ;). Because although numbers aren't everything, it is exciting to watch it grow and meet new people!

Happy Monday y'all =)
