Fall TV

Well, I showed up for class twice this week. SURPRISE!! I've had a couple of thing I wanted to talk about but it's Friday and they aren't for Fridays. So, you get my favorite fall tv shows. This could be long because I love me some tv.

I'm linking up with Melissa for her October Blogging Challenge.

Making Melissa

The New Kids

Gotham

I wasn't sure how this show was going to be. I like Batman and all but I didn't really think it was about Batman. Just about Gotham. Well, it's awesome as hell. I watched the first episode last night and I really enjoyed it. Plus there's some eye candy in it as well. You might remember him from the O.C. Seriously though, it's hard not to think of him as Ryan. Somethings you never grow out of. A little fun fact for you, one of my most favorite things about any Batman movie, is Alfred. I love Alfred. I don't know why, I just do. And he's in Gotham too. =)

Bad Judge

Ok, so the first episode wasn't on until last night, but I still loved it. We all wish that as adults we could act like hot messes and still get our job done. We can't. But Judge Rebecca still manages to get it to work for her. Critics are saying this show sucks and it won't be on much longer. We'll see. Until then, I'll enjoy living vicariously through her.

The Tried and True

Sons of Anarchy

We're in the last season of this motorcycle club drama. And Jax is gonna find out who killed his wife. Even if he has to kill the whole town of Charming. Sorry for the spoiler. I forget that not everybody is watching live. The first three episodes of the season we're slow, but this weeks lit the whole season on fire. Mr. Sutter, the show's writer, finally brought back some of the humor too. I'll probably go jump off a bridge when the show is over. I won't know what to do without my trusty MC every week. Then there's Gemma. I'm not gonna lie, I was always Team Gemma. I couldn't stand Tara. But now the woman has lost her ever loving mind and is really hard to like.

Parenthood

Again, another show in it's last season. Which makes me sad. I love shows about families. And this one makes me cry every week. What's not to love? The family problems seem like actual problems people would have. If you need a good cry, and then something to make you feel better, this is the show for you.

That's all I got today. What are your favorite fall shows? Anything you think I should be watching?

I've Gotta Travel

It's Wednesday. That means I only get one more day off before the stupid weekend comes and I have to work. Sad face. And I screwed myself because last night I didn't want to close so I asked a girl to close for me and told her I'd owe her one. Now I'm working Sunday night because she didn't want to. I was so excited to be off work early on Sunday. That's what I get for not wanting to work my own shifts. But when you're burnt out about on your job you never want to work.

There's my weekly work rant for you. Last week sometime Amanda posted a post about all the fictional places she wants to visit. She got the idea from somebody and I told her I was going to be a copy cat and steal it. Why don't I think of the good posts? These are the places I'll be pretending I'm at come Sunday night.

Charming, CA

Land of The Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club Redwood Originals. And some of the hottest men I've ever seen in my life. During my stay in Charming, I'd make sure to rub arms with everybody's favorite man, Jax Teller. I would insist on a ride on his bike and then later he could take me to the clubhouse ;) if-ya-know-what-i-mean.

Bon Tempe, LA

The littlest town with the biggest bite. I don't know if that's really a saying or not but I like to pretend it would be the town motto. I'd hang out at Merlotte's all day because I'd for sure get to see some drama go down. For those who don't know, this is the town that Sookie from True Blood is from and where most of the story takes place. I'd go over to Bill's house after it got dark and insist that he call Eric so we could have a party of our own. And I'd eat my weight in Cajun style food. I might not ever come back.

Empire Records

I wouldn't pretend to know anything about records or what they all consider good music. But I sure as hell would love to have a chat with Lucas because almost everything that comes out of his mouth during this movie is absurd. I'd get naked and dress up in an orange apron with Gina because who doesn't love flaunting it if ya got it. I'd tell Rory and AJ to stop acting like douches and either be with each other or don't. But my absolute favorite part, would be dancing to AC/DC while Joe plays the drums to chill the fuck out.

Harlan County, Kentucky

Ok, this is a real place. However, I know nothing about it and I want to go to the Harlan County where Justified takes place. It seems like one crazy place to live. Kind of like Charming, except very backwoods and country. And it helps that Raylan lives there. If you haven't watched Justified just go do it. I promise you'll like it. If you don't, I don't know if we could be friends. I mean, it has it's own drinking game. Don't you like it already?

ISIS Headquarters

The place that the ISIS gang of Archer hangs out the most. Work. Every characater is a shit show and hilarious. And they love their booze. I would hang out and listen to them degrade each other while geting my buzz on. On the occassion that they do have a mission they need to complete, I'm sure I'll find a way to go because everybody always goes. Even when they don't need to.

What fictional places would you love to visit? Am I missing something really important?

Billboard Awards

We all know I love country music. This partially is because I love music in general. So I always watch music award shows. Some are stupid. Others are great. Like all the country ones duh.

So let's start with things that made me think "Oh hell yeah!"

- Of course it starts with Luke. I mean seriously that red leather jacket he was wearing during the This is How We Roll performance....mmmm. And then during his performance of my most favorite song ever he had on a shiny vest. I bet his wife dresses him. Whoever it is makes him look good! And he won best country artist because he is the best.

- I'm not a Carrie Underwood fan. But that dress she was wearing last night was on point. She looked awesome. I could have done without the belt but who cares when you look that hot already.

- Kesha had her first appearance since she left rehab. I love her. I think she could teach me a thing or two about life. I know everybody judges her from her music persona, but if you watch her show on MTV she's really a great person who just wants happiness for everybody.

- John Legend...wow. Just wow. I want him to write sweet songs about me all the time. Chrissy is a lucky bitch. And that voice. Smooth as a baby's ass. Mr. Legend, if you happen to be reading this hit up my fiance and teach him your ways to write beautiful songs about me please!

- Miranda and Carrie performed and they were bad asses. I wouldn't fuck with either of them. I'm not a huge Carrie fan but I love love love Miranda and I've always thought she was a bad ass. Together though, they can rock a show. Now that was my idea first so if they decide to tour together I should get royalties right?

- Lorde is such a humble person. Her speeches were just perfect and it isn't fake like T. Swift. She's so mysterious to me though. I bet she has a lot of secrets hiding under those weird ass clothes.

Next up things that make me go "Hmmmm..."

- Ricky Martin. Just give it up bro. It's not the same without Livin' La Vida Loca. It won't ever be the same. I'm older and I get things now. You're not the same guy you were back when I was 8 or 9. It's not me, it's you.

- Why in the hell are all the celebrities younger than me now? I'm not even that damn old! They sure make me feel old though. I didn't know who anybody was. Like that one boy band...what? who? I don't even remember their name. I didn't know half of the kids there. I feel like an old lady. I just don't like them being younger than me. I don't want to grow up please.

- Miranda and Carrie's song. I'm not sure about it yet. There weren't really a lot of words and what little words they sang they repeated over and over again. I'm sure that once I hear it a couple of time I'll be all over it. I'm flaky like that.

- Lorde's hair. Somebody help homegirl out please! I don't know what adult person would think her hairstyle was good. It looked dirty. Bring back the curls. I love the curls.

All in all, it was a good show. It got a little bit more country than I expected but I'm sure as hell not complaining!

What were your thoughts about it? Anything you absolutely adored or down right hated?

The Quarterback

Happy Friday loves! I had a different post in mind for today but I just can't get last night's episode of Glee out of my head. So I'm gonna talk about that instead. I'm so sorry for a sad post on a Friday!

I watched Glee last night. I haven't really watched the show since before the last season but last night was a tribute to Cory/Finn. And god it was heart wrenching. I didn't cry over the loss of Cory. I think I cried more over the loss of Finn. I was a Gleek when the show was first out. I loved the shit out of it until most of the original cast had "graduated". I cried for the people who lost their friend, and for Lea Michelle, who lost her best friend and the love of her life.

Normally Glee doesn't do classy. And this time they did. That episode was perfect. It was a beautiful tribute to a life that was taken too early. A life that could have been saved.

As I was scrolling through the #RememberingCory trend on twitter, I noticed that a lot of people looked up to him as an idol. I've never lost an idol and I can't imagine how it feels. But I have lost a good friend. And so I wept for the cast of Glee. I cried for their pain and the fact they have to go on without their friend. They have to live each and every day in a way that would make him happy. I cried because the emotions that they portrayed weren't acting. Those emotions were theirs and for them to put them out there like that had to be hard. I read somewhere that they didn't have to do more than one take for almost all of the scenes because they were that real with emotion. I don't know if it's true, but if it is, well kudos to you Glee cast.

So today, laugh a little louder, smile more, and don't forget to tell people that you love them. You'll never know when somebody will be taken from you. Freak accidents happen all the time. And make sure that your dash is worth it in the end. It doesn't have to be long, but make sure it's full.

10 Things...

If you're tired of VMA talk...well I'm sorry. I just didn't wanna blog yesterday because I was actually doing something productive for once. Write that shit down.

So VMA's...something I watch every year. Something I've watched every year for as long as I can remember. I love them. I remember when MTV still played music videos. I remember making the video, TRL with Carson Daly (that's important). That probably means I'm too old for MTV now and days. But I still have to watch. I gotta keep up on the teen pornstars moms yo! I need to experience the culture of West Virginia and their crazy ass antics. Let's not forget about Catfish...my wife doesn't even know what it is. She needs to watch MTV.

So...here's my list of thoughts on the VMA's this year.

1. Fuck yes I was watching for N*SYNC. Was there anybody out there besides my wife who wasn't? And I'm not ashamed but there were tears. I told you I'm a crier. My mom even called me out on crying over the phone after we watched it. The 11 year old me was pumped. The 22 year old me was even more pumped. They paved the way for the rest of the so called boy bands. I'm looking at you One Direction.

2. Kanye...what can you say about him. I'm not sure I like him as a man but as a rapper he's a genius. The only person that can get away with being called Yeesus. Why was he hiding in the dark the whole time?

3. Katy Perry sang that song Snore...I mean Roar. I'm not a fan. Never have been and don't think I will be. The winner of that fight may have been her, but Russell won the whole divorce. I mean it was just a snoozefest of a finale. I was really disappointed. I thought there would have been explosions or fireworks or something. Nope. Nothing.

4. Bruno Mars was interesting. See, I don't listen to the radio. I don't listen to a lot of music on Songza that isn't country. I'm not a snob, I just don't like change. I like Bruno. I enjoy everything he's done but Grenade. I've never heard a song from him unless it was on the radio. So as far as I was concerned, he didn't sing a lot about gorilla sex. That song was just fucking weird. I like it but I felt awkward listening to it with anybody around. I think my head was tilted to the side the entire time he was performing. But he did a great job. I love listening to him sing.

5. From ramen noodle hair to Hollywood hottie, Justin has done it all. And last night was amazing. They should have just let him perform for Katy too. He's Justin Timberlake. I think he had it right when he said he still runs this bitch. Yes sir, you do. And I had a great tweet to it. Ok, the tweet wasn't great but my hashtag was. And I would love it if it somehow found it's way to Sami's twitter recap. *hint hint* Kidding. Not really.

6.  Why wasn't there a host? That part left me baffled. The whole show was thrown off to me. I mean, we don't even have to use Kevin Hart ever again because he made fun of N*SYNC, but we need somebody to hold it all together.

7. Little girls shouldn't be allowed to vote for anything. Robin Thicke, Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, Pink, Rihanna, and Fun were robbed of awards last night. I know that some of them got some but man for the most part it was less than talented "singers" winning. No thanks.

8. Taylor Swift still can't dance. Maybe she should take some lessons from Miley. At least her surprise face was gone though. It only took like 6 years. Maybe we only have a few left until she learns new dance moves. And why was the camera guy always shooting back to her. Nobody cares.

9. Then there was Miley. I didn't hate it. It was raunchy. But it's what she wanted. She got attention. It wasn't positive attention but it was attention. I say get it girl. Do your thing because you rocked it. Do some squats too though. And stop kissing and grinding on married dudes. I don't care if you hump inanimate objects or twerk, just leave married guys alone. He has kids!

10. Let's all boycott the VMAs next year. I bet they won't compare to this year. And we're too old to watch this shit anyway. Seriously, do you know who any of those newbies were? I didn't.

Lies the TV Tells Me

I love tv. Just love it. But sometimes it lies. Big massive sloppy lies. That piss me off. So today, for things I don't love, I thought I'd tell you about the lies the tv tells me.

1. ITT Tech is bullshit. The tv says that ITT Tech is a great school and tons of people go there. They say that it will change your whole life. Well guess what? I've never met ANYBODY who's gone to ITT Tech which means it's also never changed the life of somebody I know. So what's the deal ITT Tech? When ya just gonna go away?

2. I saw a commercial for that new Nokia Lumia edition 5846598165. You know the one? With the awesome 41 megapixel- I take great wonderful pictures in the dark-you just have to have me right this second phone? Yeah, I heard that it's not that great. I mean, I was gonna buy this phone just for the camera. Ok, not really but I thought about it. Then the AT&T guys told me that it's really not that good and made fun of me for believing everything I see on tv. Like that commercial. And me being me and not believing anything anybody tells me, I trusted my good friend google to show me some pictures. They didn't look that great. They didn't prove they were any better than my trusty iphone. Lies Nokia, LIES.

Found here.

3. Chef Lorena for Taco Bell makes this great "gourmet, healthyish" food and we should all love it. Bitch please. I don't want Taco Hell to be gourmet or healthy. How bad it really is - is what makes it so great. I don't even need to elaborate on this one. And Taco Bell isn't healthy or gourmet no matter how hard you try Miss Chef Lorena. Sorry.

4. Tampon commercials. Everybody knows that a woman is not that happy go lucky while it's her time. No, it's not all rainbows, puppies, and unicorns. It's get-me-chocolate-and-leave-me-the-hell-alone-or-I'll-bite-your-head-off. We don't do gymnastics, go shopping, or even look slightly not miserable during that week. Quit lying.

Really that's all I've got. Just 4 commercials that are getting on my nerves lately. I'm sure there are more but that's all I could stand to watch. I have a DVR for a reason. I can't remember life without one and I don't want to.

I'm linking up with the craziest of them all. The one who gets her vajay waxed and lived to tell about it. Miss Yoga Pants herself.

Real quick back story before I go.
At OG we used to play old Italian music of course. Well, I guess people started to complain so they changed it up. We now get to listen to modern music. And it's fucking weird. I was hosting last week when we heard the beginning of this song. Well, of course they're not gonna play this song in a family restaurant it was the original jazz version. But it still made me want to get down.

On Fridays We Back Our Asses Up

Whadup cupcakes! Happy Friday to you. I'm off today and work all weekend. I need that money though. And Sunday morning Manfriend is leaving me for his work trip. I'm not freaking out. I've always been the one to go somewhere and it's always been in my car. Not a damn airplane! I know he'll have a good time though.

Anyway...let's high 5 some shit.

1. I made a new friend this week. Tuesday my gma took myself, my wife, teagan, one of my little sisters, and Auntie to build a bear. My aunt and Teagan have an obsession with it. It was the first time I've gone. I made a dog. His name is Cooper. He's a cowboy. Love him!

Cooper and his friends

2. I got a banging swap package from Beth for the PJ Party Swap. Girl can hook it the hell up! I was soooo impressed! More about that next week though. I forgot to take pictures. Ooops.

3. If you follow me on the twatter, then you know that I love the show Street Outlaws. If you don't follow me on twitter you should and now you know that I love that show. Monday was the season finale and unfortunately, a really really cool person on the show lost their lives. It was sad and I took to twitter to share my thoughts. And guess what...my tweet got favorited by my favorite person on the show! I was ecstatic to put it nicely. I was smiling from ear to ear and squealing. It was bad.

4. I'm going to be completely alone for a couple days starting on Sunday. It's been 5 days since I've been alone. Blake is going to be out of town and Teagan is at her dad's house for the week. I'm excited but not excited. We'll see how it goes.

5. It's tax free weekend! I'm gonna get some shopping done today. Does anybody know if this applies online too??

 photo H54Fbutton-1_zpsa7aaa665.png

And of course...we're gonna #backthatazzup.

Unfortunatley on Wednesday night Tone the Cheif Rocca or B-double O-T-Y the one hit wonder man got voted off the show. I was super sad. All he wanted was a one hit wonder. I think he wrote and sang a perfect song. So twerk it while you're listening to this. Tell me how you think it will be go as a one hit wonder.

TV Tuesdays

I'm not a huge fan of summer. I appreciate the warmth, but I loathe when boob sweat season starts. I hate being sweaty. It's gross. The one thing that I do love is swimming. But I don't know anybody with a pool. Sad face. And I live on a hill going both directions, so no pool for me! The worst part of summer? The tv. Seriously there is hardly anything on. Ever. And I love tv so when nothing is on I get a little grumpy.

I didn't watch the season finale of Grey's until today just so I could watch some decent tv. And I cried. That damn show always makes me cry. I promise no spoilers for those of you who aren't caught up (cough cough Jordan cough).

During the summer there are a few shows I look forward to...almost anything on USA. Because I'm really a 78 year old grandma. True story. However, I found out a couple weeks ago that they cancelled Fairly Legal and it was one of my favs. So now I have Necessary Roughness, Royal Pains, and Suits. Womp womp. If I was a cool kid I'd have HBO and of I would religiously watch True Blood. I love that shit.

If I was a good blogger I'd watch an episode of RHO any city. But that seems like a lot of work and catching up I'd have to do. Maybe I could watch Bachelor/ette. But I can't get behind that shit. I understand some of you may looooove it, but I just don't get it. Not at all.

So what do you watch in the summer?

Sunday, June 9, 2013

This is Fucking Awesome!

I just watched last weeks America's Got Talent and at the very end was Tone the Cheif Rocca. And all he wants is to be a one hit wonder. And he got it! Tell me that this isn't one of the best one hit wonder songs ever!!

#SorryI'mNotSorry this is going to be stuck in your head all damn day. But I want you to feel happiness with me!

B Double O T Y

I'm off to twerk...
kidding...
it's nap time.

Look What I Can Do.

So the challenge for today is

"Day 2, Thursday: Educate us on something you know alot about or are good at. Take any approach you'd like (serious and educational or funny and sarcastic)"

Shit. I have to think of something I'm good at.
Hmmm...

Everything I've thought of is really not serious. So deal with it. I'm gonna educate you on two things because they are my two favorite things.

First off, I'm great at watching tv. All that's needed is a tv and a couch (or whatever you want to sit on). But a tv is necessary. Not necessary but very handy items include a DVR, a blanket, and a remote. I use all of the above. First you plop your ass down on your sitting device, from here on out this will be referred to as the couch. Grab your remote and turn the tv on. If you have a DVR and there is nothing on, just watch something recorded. After you pick out your show just watch it. Tune out your kids/hunnie/yippity yappity dog. And just watch the damn tv. Make sure you fast forward through the commercials if you can. Until the commercial for the Great Gatsby or the AT&T commercials with the kids come on. Then watch those. Not the rest though. And you can spend quite sometime on the couch watching tv. Easy peasy.

And my next favorite activity that I consider myself good at is cussing. I'm a pro. I mean, I just told somebody to STFU while watching tv. Because when I asked what I was good at they replied "everything!" Vomit. Cussing is an activity that can either be hard or really easy. I find it easy. Just don't work too hard on whatever word you're gonna use. Don't think about it, just say whatever comes out of your mouth. If you have to think about what word you want to use, you're doing it wrong. True fuckin' story. Yeah, I did that one on purpose. They also have to serve purpose. It sounds stupid to say I had a shitty day when you have a happy tone in your voice. Make sure you get the inflection right.

I don't really play video games but I do play SongPop. And yes, when I select the wrong song, this is what I sound like. I'm intense about it.

The Walking Pins

One more day! One more day! Yep, my birthday is tomorrow. Still accepting gifts =). But since it's Wednesday that means it's not my birthday but Pinterest day. Woot woot.

We'll get to the pins in a sec. I need to talk to you about my new current obsession. You might have heard of it. It's called The Walking Dead.

I AM IN LOVE. Not kidding. Yes, I used to be the person that always said they weren't going to watch it. I refused and I hated on it. Now I take it back. See, Sunday boyfriend's dish receiver wasn't working and we had watched all the movies on his laptop so I picked out something to watch. I bought the first season for him on Black Friday fully intending to never watch it. Well I put it in planning on going to bed but that first season sucked me in. And now I'm addicted.

I can't decide if I'd rather marry Rick or Daryl. I love them both. And I would love to punch Shane in the face. We started the second season and thank goodness he cut off that god awful head of hair he had going on. So here we go with some Walking Dead inspired pins!

Source: google.ca via Dayle on Pinterest

I could go on and on but I need to wake the man up so that we can finish the second season. And does anybody know where I can watch the first half of the third season. I would love to catch up before Sunday!

I'm Gonna Live Mas When I'm Old

So...there was a football game last night....and I loved every minute of it! I had a great SuperBowl Sunday and I hope ya'll did too. =)) And my team won! I knew I should have bet people. I"m not a gambler. I already lose money, I don't need to do it on purpose.

Highlights of the Game

1. M&M's Commercial.
I love them. They're my favorite candy. And this one just cracked my shit up. lol.

2. Fast & Furious 6
I'm a big dork and I love these movies still. Okaky, I love the ones with the original cast in them! The first one is one of my favorite movies of all time. But waiting till Memorial Day? What a tease!

Aww yeah!

Do you believe in ghosts?

3. Two Broke Girls Commercial
It was perfect! So awesome. I love this show and these girls. I've always said that would be my stripper song. It was in my past life. I'm sure. And they added glitter! What's not to love??

4. My Feast!
Blake and I pigged out on a lot of food. Way to much for just two people. Oh well!

sandwiches & finger foods/smokies by the man/buffalo (chicken) balls

Food was good! And the chicken balls (I laugh everytime, so immature, I know) tasted amazing! Next time I  make them are things I want to change. Later this week I'll post the recipe! I love making new food.

5. Budweiser Clydesdale Commercial
Ugh my heart broke but it was so sweet! I love animals. And I love beer. Why not put them in a commercial. They have my money heart forever.

6. Taco Bell Commercial
This was just awesome and when I'm old, I'm definitely gonna do this.

7. Beyonce-Bowl
Girl still has it going on! Get it Bey! And then the Destiny's Child reunion....oh sweet childhood yes! I shed a tear or two.

Lows of the Game

1. Go Daddy Commercial.
EWWWWW. Was that up close and personal make out shot necessary? And it was way too long. Ugh. So nasy.

2. Dodge Ram, He Made A Farmer Commercial
Yawnnnnn....and I liked the rest of the car commercials. This was too long. And repetitive. Sorry Farmers. I appreciate what you do but this was too much. TOO MUCH.

3. Power Outage
It made me tired. And then I slept through the rest of the quarter after the power came back. The jokes were a high though. I just didn't want to make the list any longer. Long lists don't interest people!

All in all, it was a great Super Bowl day! Happy Monday cupcakes!

Busy Much?

Happy Monday lovies!!! Yep, I'm happy it's Monday. Because I'm off with absolutely zero responsiblities today. But I'm gonna be responsible and do stuff anyway.

Just a warning...this is probably going to be a novel length post. Sorry. Big hugs if you make it through the whole thing. =)

My weekend actually started last Thursday. I told you guys that I was going to Oklahoma City to celebrate my aunt's last dose of chemo. Early that morning boyfriend, Teag, and I all hopped in the car and headed there. 4 hours later and we get there. My aunt gives horrible directions just so you know. I already knew how to get there, I just didn't know how to get to her chemo center. But I figured it out. After chemo was over we drove over to this amazing steakhouse called SaltGrass. It was amazeballs! Expensive but delicious.

These are all the fabulous people who came out to celebrate my aunt. My aunt is the one with the beanie on, my grandma is in the white shirt next to me, and auntie's husband is behind me in the red jersey. All that love for one person!

This was my lunch. Steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes. OMG that steak, it was delicious. Juicy, tender, and was perfectly seasoned. I can't wait to go back there.

The hunnie and myself.

My uncle got this for me! lol I had to send this picture of myself to him. I think it might actually be a headband. And I might just wear it.

The beautiful princess herself.

Unfortuantely, my slightly slow ass didn't ask off for Friday, so we had to hop back in the car and drive another 4 hours home. And I did all the driving. YAWN. Boyfriend and I were tired so we chatted a lot and told stories of things we did when we were kids. I felt so connected on the ride home. Love it.

Friday I was a double at work. Nothing exciting except some bitches I work with threw me under the bus to our manager. They never even came to me with their "problems" just went straight to him. And their problems are such bullshit too. Ugh. Don't want to think about it. I'll just get mad. I ended the night with the worst headache I've had in a long time. I couldn't open my left eye because it hurt so bad. I didn't want to drive home from work that night. I always want to leave that place and I hung out until I felt a little better.

Saturday morning I got to work and worked the day away. Then it was birthday party time. Boyfriend's best friend's son celebrated his first birthday this week. Ahhh I remember first birthdays! Such an exciting time in life. We all went to Root Zero 3 for dinner. Here's little mister with his smash cake. Wife was there and I had to get a picture of mini with her best friend! It was nice to spend a Saturday with my friends and family.

Sunday was another double! Except I had to buss for my morning shift. Oh my fucking gahhhh...that is some tough shit. I have much more respect for our bussers now. I know that my ass doesn't want to do it. I lost like 5 pounds from sweat. My clothes were so icky and I felt disgusting. I worked hard. HARD.

I'm the worst blog mama ever. My blogiversary was on the 19! We're officially a year old. I can't believe I've made it a year. So crazy. I've gone from 0 people to 87 of you wonderful readers. I'll recap my favorite posts later this week. Thank you all for sticking with me. I love sharing my life with you!

I'm watching teen mom right now, these bitches are crazy. I mean, let's move in with our boyfriend 2 months after being together. No offense if that's your jam, but these girls already have to much going on. And I don't know why Jenelle tries to live with anybody, she just gets in a fight with them every time. Way to predictable thanks. And Chelsea, wtf spoiled much? Her mom got her a new puppy because of the unfortunate circumstances of poor Frankie. She has a child, she doesn't need two dogs. Leah is just lonely. They're all lonely. I get it. But shit, focus on yourself not boys/girls/dogs/moving/having more babies.

That was a little off subject. I decided today that I'm going to do the 5 for Five linkup today. Maybe that will hold me accountable for the week.

- Get 5 loads of laundry done. That means put away too. Eeek. I love the washing and drying part. Just don't like to put it away. I have mountains of clothes in my room. And I'm tired of it.

- Workout 3 times. I can do this.

- Start Mini's birthday party process! This means I need to finalize my guest count and buy my invitations.

- Cook 2 meals at home. I've reverted back to eating out too much and I hate it. Blahhh.

- Make food for boyfriend and I for Superbowl Sunday before Sunday night. We're having dips, and who knows what else so I need to start sooner rather than later so I don't have to rush around.
