I love mail. I'm more than excited to get anything with my name on it. Even bills. I just love getting mail. 

And then there are packages, if bills make me happy, than imagine how happy I get when I get packages! 

When I saw that Lauren at Pink on the Cheek hosts a swap called The Happy Mail Project I got excited. And then I saw this month's theme....

Exciting Stuff

One of my favorite holidays is Halloween. I love getting scared and I hate being scared. And now that I'm a grown up, Halloween revolves around being scared. And the decor...um yes. I love pumpkins. I wish they could be used every season. But then, they wouldn't be special.

Favorite Color Swap

I love swaps so when I saw this one, I knew I was in. This swap was hosted by the lovely ladies over at Chaotic Goddess Swaps. They have a Halloween Swap signup going on right now. I'm gonna sign up and you should too!

I was partnered up with Kelsey from Running With My Tiara On. She lives overseas in Germany. This was my first time ever sending something over seas and it was quite the experience! It was fun though. She sent me an awesome package filled with some awesome stuff!

I joined another swap guys. I just love them. This one is the favorite color swap. I love all things neutral so I can't wait to get started on this one.

I Could Bum Around All Day

I told you guys sometime last week that I was a part of a pj party swap. I got some awesome goodies from Beth at Living a Goddess Life. She is amazing. I mean, she mean the girl makes most of her own food from scratch. I look at Taco Bell and think "Thank god for you or I'd be starving."

She sent me an awesome package. Everything she sent had a sticky note on it telling me how we would use them at our own sleepover. I think I hit the swap gold! Here's the goods.

She outdid herself but I love it all! There are a few things not pictured but Teagan has already ran off with them, but what can I do? And those pants? to DIE for. I have a pair like them and they are super super soft. I wanna buy Target out of them and just wear them every day. Don't judge. The shirt is super soft too! I already wore it and that's why it's all wrinkly and stuff. Judge away now.

On Fridays We Back Our Asses Up

Whadup cupcakes! Happy Friday to you. I'm off today and work all weekend. I need that money though. And Sunday morning Manfriend is leaving me for his work trip. I'm not freaking out. I've always been the one to go somewhere and it's always been in my car. Not a damn airplane! I know he'll have a good time though.

Anyway...let's high 5 some shit.

1. I made a new friend this week. Tuesday my gma took myself, my wife, teagan, one of my little sisters, and Auntie to build a bear. My aunt and Teagan have an obsession with it. It was the first time I've gone. I made a dog. His name is Cooper. He's a cowboy. Love him!

2. I got a banging swap package from Beth for the PJ Party Swap. Girl can hook it the hell up! I was soooo impressed! More about that next week though. I forgot to take pictures. Ooops.

3. If you follow me on the twatter, then you know that I love the show Street Outlaws. If you don't follow me on twitter you should and now you know that I love that show. Monday was the season finale and unfortunately, a really really cool person on the show lost their lives. It was sad and I took to twitter to share my thoughts. And guess what...my tweet got favorited by my favorite person on the show! I was ecstatic to put it nicely. I was smiling from ear to ear and squealing. It was bad.

4. I'm going to be completely alone for a couple days starting on Sunday. It's been 5 days since I've been alone. Blake is going to be out of town and Teagan is at her dad's house for the week. I'm excited but not excited. We'll see how it goes.

5. It's tax free weekend! I'm gonna get some shopping done today. Does anybody know if this applies online too??

And of course...we're gonna #backthatazzup. 

Unfortunatley on Wednesday night Tone the Cheif Rocca or B-double O-T-Y the one hit wonder man got voted off the show. I was super sad. All he wanted was a one hit wonder. I think he wrote and sang a perfect song. So twerk it while you're listening to this. Tell me how you think it will be go as a one hit wonder.

Why I Better Be Able to Waitress Where Ever I Want

I had the longest weekend ever possible. Ever.

Server training was this weekend and jeeez am I ready for that shit to be over. I've had to take a beverage test, a menu test, a server test, a safety and sanitation test and everybody's favorite, an alcohol test. And not the cool kind that tells you whether or not you're an alcoholic. No, the kind that asks what to do when people are already intoxicated when they come to eat, or how many beers a shot is equal to. Tests, tests, and more fucking tests. I think I can tell you anything about the OG menu. ANYTHING. I almost cried myself to sleep last night trying to study for the beverage test. So many drinks to know. And of course, I could remember my personal favorites, beer and margaritas, but not a lot of other shit.

3 pages worth of notes front and back. And I wasn't even done. For one test.

I took my first table by myself yesterday. I did decent. I had three tables and after everything was said and done, bussers and bartenders were tipped out...I made a weasly 10 doll hairs. But it's better than nothing. I was so nervous on that first table. Instead of asking if they'd like cheese on their soup/salad I would say "would you like soup/salad on your soup/salad." I felt like an idiot. I've served before so why the nerves? WHY??? But the next table was much better! I even got them to take some samples of wine and they each had a glass too! So my alcohol sales are great. I would be great at serving booze. On a different note though, when somebody is offering a free sample of wine, why would you turn it down? I don't get it. Well, there are some reasons I get, but hello, please pour me all the free samples you'd like! And just so you know, you can get up to three free samples of wine at Olive Garden. Enough to get a good buzz going.

That's how I spent my weekend. Fun stuff, let me tell you. I'm not complaining though. Ok, a little. In the end it will be worth it. I hope.

I signed up for the Itty Bitty Beauty Swap over at Chaotic Goddess Swaps. I love make-up. Not that you would ever know because I hardly ever wear it, but a chance to get some more, I'm all up for that!

My swap partner was Courtney from Air Force Wife & Our Life. She sent me a pretty little package. Everything was wrapped in pink tissue paper...what could be better! 

First she sent me this neat little compact! It's one of the ones where you pick out your own colors to put in it. I didn't even know that e.l.f. made this and I think it's pretty cool! 

Obviously this isn't my picture but I told her I was in the market for a good nude lip color...and I love this one! It looks way more brown in the picture. It's perfect!

A regular and waterproof mascara duo. Schwing!

And this eyeliner pen. I'm kinda nervous to try it. I had a different one once and it was weird. It's literally like ink. I put my eyeliner on the rim of my eye and the one time I used the other one it got all in my eye. But, it didn't hurt Just scared the hell out of me and turned my eyeball black black for a little bit. 

So thank you Cortney. You did wonderful!!

And in other blogger news...this building right here is a Chipotle coming to yours truly! Yes, I've never been to Chipotle. How am I even a blogger? I don't know. But as soon as it opens I'll be in line and then I'll blog all about it. When I get fat, it's your fault.

I really suck at this 31 days of blogging stuff. Sorry. It's a lot of planning and I'm not a good planner. Obviously. =) Procrastination is key.

Only 3 more work days until I get to go on vacation. I'll be in Dallas ready to see Kenny with the wife, auntie, and auntie's best friend. Woot.

I also signed up  for a swap a couple days ago. It's hosted by Angie and Beth from Chaotic Goddess Swaps. It's the Itty Bitty Beauty Swap! I had to stay away from swaps for a little bit because I was trying to save money. But I love beauty stuff! Especially makeup. So this one sounded amazing!

I decided that I will participate in today's #BlogEveryDayInMay topic. Today it's about "the things you're most afraid of." Well I'm afraid of a lot of shit. Thank you anxiety. But here's some big ones.

1. Being boxed in by semis on the highway/interstate. 

Seriously that scares the living shit out of me. Most of those drivers are crazy as fuck. Don't pretend that you haven't almost been run over/off the road by one. And then there's the whole Final Destination factor that the stuff they're hauling could come off and cause a huge accident and kill everybody around. True story.

2. Frogs 

Eff that shit. They're disgusting little amphibians devils. I hate them. They make me cry. 

3. Losing the people I love.

Like this runs through my head way more than it should. I'm always going "But what if.....something....happens to...person..." And it's scary. Super scary. 

And these are the things that legit make my heart stop beating. Of course I have my irrational fears too but that list would go on all day! 

Well, I've gotta start packing. I know we're not leaving until Friday but I work doubles tomorrow and Thursday. Friday I have a business expo to go to with my momma. I don't know if you guys have ever been to one but if not I highly recommend it. All the free pens and notepads you could ever want! I'll blog about it next week. 

Real Quick Like

Happy #backthatazzup Friday!! I'm not getting to that yet but it makes for a fun thing to say. =) And I actually mean it today when I say happy Friday! I get the weekend off! I don't know what happened but I'm not complaining one bit. I will actually have something to post for Monday. Tomorrow night I'm going with my momma and boyfriend to watch her friends' bands play. One of them is an AC/DC cover band. So excited!!

However, little did I know that joing this board would fill my damn feed with alllll workout stuff. It was crazy. I had to spend at least an hour trying to get my Pinterest back in order. I guess when I said yes, I got to follow the board too. Ooops.

Backing It Up to Bloglovin'

It's Friday. Boooo! I knkow ya'll love your Friday but it just means I have to work alllll day long tomorrow. Sad face. But it is the start to my spring break! Yay! So Friday, you win some, you lose some. But never the less, thanks for being beautiful today.

Girls in Trucks was on my wishlist and she sent it to me! I've wanted to read it for years but for some reason never bought it for myself. She even wrapped it all pretty like =). Those polishes are fun aren't they! I can't wait to wear the pink one. Blue will have to be used slowly. I'm gonna make my daughter wear it first so I can see how it looks when it dries. But it's something new and I can't wait to try it!

A Little of This and That

Happy Wednesday cupcakes! We're almost to Friday, which I don't really care about but Friday leads us to Saturday and I'm having Mini's birthday party Saturday! So exciting. There will probably be a picture overload just so ya know.

I was gonna do OHP today but I'm not really feeling it. So I decided to show you all the randomness I have going on.

A week from today Mini will be 5. Gasp. That's a big number over here folks. She's gonna start school that I don't have to pay for! Yay. lol. It's just so hard to grasp that she's been by my side for 5 whole years. We went to dinnner last night and she was working on her words. Here's what she wrote for me.

And i cried. Not even kidding. It's shark week so that helped too. 

Yesterday I ran by a convenience ( i can never spell that word right, thank goodness for Chrome's spellcheck) store. I got my change back from the guy, no big deal. Then I get home and go to put the money in my wallet because I didn't wanna lose it and I saw this. 

Is that not awesome or what?? I died. Kudos to you money drawer...even though it's a felony. 

They have such stupid rules. 

So I'm about to go on a rant for a second. Although I'm not a server, and I don't live off of a tipped wage, I used to be and I still want to be. If you think that you can afford to go out and eat then by all means go, but IF and only IF you are planning on tipping. Seriously. These girls work there asses off and then some little college aged girl with daddy's money comes in and they don't tip. They said that there server was wonderful and they were really nice to her the whole time. So what gives? And on top of that, they knew some of the staff that works there. I would be embarrassed to go somewhere to eat where I know people and I know that I'm not going to tip. With the day and age it is, you best believe they were contacted by the girl that knew them. She called them out and their response was "I only have $40 for the next week." Fucking wah. If you don't have enough money to tip, don't come. And if you only have $40 for a week and you're eating Olive Garden on Monday, I sure as hell don't believe that's all the money you have. Olive Garden is kinda pricey  Maybe you should try McDonald's or the grocery store where you get a lot more for your money.

I also haven't stuck to my guns and I'm doing multiple swaps this month. I love them and I can't help it. Packages are fun! And it's fun when you have people who actually talk to you. I'm in one swap that my partner has barely communicated and I'm a little bummed about it =( But oh well! This one is a birthday swap. No, my birthday isn't this month but I love March for some reason. So I decided to join. It's a favorite things swap and since I'm sending out one box of my favorite things, I figured two would be pretty awesome!

Signups are open until the 8th! And last but certainly not ever least, I finally get to watch the first half of season 3 of The Walking Dead!!! Boyfriend downloaded it so that I would let him watch the new episodes. Apparently he's been doing that behind my back. Rude! I went to bed early Sunday night and woke up at 8 because it was on and I could hear it. I refused to let him watch it. He told me that I don't have to watch it and to just go back to sleep so he could watch it. No way mister. If I know it's on then I can't fall back asleep. So he changed it and downloaded it that night! Love him. And I thought this was super funny because well, it's true. I don't like either one of these characters. I know what happens to one of them and I'm excited to see it.
