February's Goal

It's February. Only 7 days until my birthday!!! (yes, valentine's day) boooooo. Anyway...It's time for some goals this month.

A January recap is mandatory. Let's see here...

- save some money. hahaha. That's such a vague goal that I laugh at it now. And yeah, I saved some, but I spent a lot more than I wanted to.

- exercise twice a week. I did great when I made that post. Exercised twice that week. And then I flunked out. Ooopss.

- start car shopping. Mhm...I did a whole one time. It didn't really leave me all warm and fuzzy. 

- keep up on school work. Eh, I'm doing decent. I could get my assignments done early but then what would I have to do at the last minute?

It's a semi decent month. I'm not too worried about it. 

I just love this picture because it's all scattered about just like I feel.

For February I have one goal. That's it. Just one. Because for one, it's my birthday month and I do what I want and two because I'm seemingly overwhelmed in life right now so let's not make it worse.

The only goal is to work out 3 times a week all month long. Yep. I can do this.

A Blog by a Dog

Hey there lovers of this blog, it's me Trixie. I wanted to have this post up and going around 8 but my bum of a mom wouldn't go workout and leave me with the laptop until like 1030. Woof. If she wouldn't have left me alone with the laptop I would have chewed up the cord or dug something tasty out of the trash and then bury it in her dirty clothes. She doesn't do laundry for weeks and when she finds it, it's hilarious! She can't yell at me because it was too long ago that I did it and "I wouldn't understand" why I'm in trouble. She's so easy.  She says I'm her best friend but let's be honest here...she doesn't really have a lot of friends. She's lucky I can't talk. She doesn't wanna hear what I have to say about her problems.

Mom said that today was Pinterest day on her blog. I don't really know what that means but everytime we're sitting down she's scrolling through it and ignoring me. Since I'm left to my own devices, I'll show you my favorite pins. I found the one that has stuff for me!! Score.

Now this looks nice and comfy. I dig it. I could dig and dig to find a comfy spot. And I wouldn't have to share with that monster mini human person that sits on me all the time. But I also couldn't steal all the room on the couch from mom. I'll get her to buy it and then I'll never use it!

My momma is pretty great though. I do love her. I may be a bit snarky, but I know that she loves me. Especially when we're sitting beside each other all cuddled up and she doesn't move just so I can stay comfy. Love her. She's a good human. 

Enough of the mush and gush here though. I need to show you how beautiful I am...

Funk

I'm in a blog funk guys. I have so much to write about but at the same time I don't want to write anything. My other social media sites are suffering too. I don't know why but blogging isn't fun right now. It feels like a chore/task and I don't want it to be that way. It makes me really sad to feel this way. I love my readers (if there are any, because lately we've not seen many people) sooo much and I don't want to let you guys down by not being here. But at the same time, I don't want you guys to read my "I couldn't think of anything else blah" half-assed posts. I also haven't been commenting or reading that much either. =(

So, if I'm not around for awhile, or I only post a couple times a week, I'm sorry. I've got some soul searching to do.

I can't find a niche for my  blog and it makes me sad. =( I need something that is me to draw people in and I don't have it. And that's what really seems to be my problem. At least in my head.

I do know that I won't be here tomorrow. Trixie has already told me that she is guest blogging whether or not I want her to and I need to back up. So look forward to that! And Thursday won't be empty either.I'll be here with a goals post. Although, I can't think of any goals as of today.

I think it's more than a blogging funk. It's a life funk. See, my birthday is coming up. Yep, it's my birthday month and every February I start to feel down. I start to feel like I'm getting older and my life isn't what I had planned on it being like. At times, I feel like a loser.

This is really just a shitty feeling down post. Sorry if you read it all. Blah.

I'm Gonna Live Mas When I'm Old

So...there was a football game last night....and I loved every minute of it! I had a great SuperBowl Sunday and I hope ya'll did too. =)) And my team won! I knew I should have bet people. I"m not a gambler. I already lose money, I don't need to do it on purpose.

Highlights of the Game

1. M&M's Commercial.

I love them. They're my favorite candy. And this one just cracked my shit up. lol. 

              

2. Fast & Furious 6

I'm a big dork and I love these movies still. Okaky, I love the ones with the original cast in them! The first one is one of my favorite movies of all time. But waiting till Memorial Day? What a tease!

3. Two Broke Girls Commercial

It was perfect! So awesome. I love this show and these girls. I've always said that would be my stripper song. It was in my past life. I'm sure. And they added glitter! What's not to love??

4. My Feast!

Blake and I pigged out on a lot of food. Way to much for just two people. Oh well!

Food was good! And the chicken balls (I laugh everytime, so immature, I know) tasted amazing! Next time I  make them are things I want to change. Later this week I'll post the recipe! I love making new food.

5. Budweiser Clydesdale Commercial

Ugh my heart broke but it was so sweet! I love animals. And I love beer. Why not put them in a commercial. They have my money heart forever.

            

6. Taco Bell Commercial

This was just awesome and when I'm old, I'm definitely gonna do this. 

7. Beyonce-Bowl

Girl still has it going on! Get it Bey! And then the Destiny's Child reunion....oh sweet childhood yes! I shed a tear or two. 

Lows of the Game

1. Go Daddy Commercial.

EWWWWW. Was that up close and personal make out shot necessary? And it was way too long. Ugh. So nasy. 

2. Dodge Ram, He Made A Farmer Commercial

Yawnnnnn....and I liked the rest of the car commercials. This was too long. And repetitive. Sorry Farmers. I appreciate what you do but this was too much. TOO MUCH.

3. Power Outage

It made me tired. And then I slept through the rest of the quarter after the power came back. The jokes were a high though. I just didn't want to make the list any longer. Long lists don't interest people!

All in all, it was a great Super Bowl day! Happy Monday cupcakes!

Blogger Problem

I'm having a problem with blogger guys. I know that some people have started to follow my blog but my new readers aren't showing up anywhere! Does anybody know what's going on?? I'm getting really irritated here. I like to say hey and stop by new reader's blogs and I can't because I can't see them. Ugh. Help please!

And now the mother fucking post won't save/publish. Fuck. Yes, I have a really bad potty mouth. Sorry. I'm super irritated.

I've Got The Bad Touch

Happy Friday cupcakes! Sorry I wasn't around much this week. Still trying to figure out my school schedule and blogging again. Blahhhh. But it's here! The moment we've been waiting for...oh glorious Friday. And since it's Superbowl Weekend...we get to munch out a lot! Yay. I've been waiting for this. And I'm cheering for the Ravens. It's kinda so maybe I can suck up to Raven. Ok, maybe just kinda.

So, this week has been an interesting one for me. I've figured out that over the course of a month, I've broken 5 kind of important things. Let's start from the beginning shall we.

- My Phone. That's what started this horrible breaking trend. You guys already know about that.

- My keychain. See, one day I went out to my car to start it and all my keys were gone. I was like wtf????!!! I came back in and the damn thing had fallen apart. I was a little irritated. I found all my keys and have some of my keychains but I haven't put them back together. I don't know why.

- My car door handle. I told you guys about that too. I don't think I've ever been so mad in my life as I was the night I did that. Just fucking irritating.

- A laptop. Yep, that's right. Somebody stepped on a laptop that was in the room and now the screen is being a little bitch. It's not mine obviously but it's still broken. However, boyfriend found out it has HDMI hookup so it's salvaged =)

And last but certainly not least...

- My car key. Yes, you read that right. The key to my car broke in half Tuesday night. As boyfriend was trying to start the car with it. Luckily, he got the piece out of the ignition. I just couldn't believe it. Luckily I had a spare at home so I called and asked my momma to come rescue me. And the laptop and the key happened on the same damn day. Destiny?
